Enjoy your very own piece of Lake Charlevoix!
This charming classic log cabin sits right on its
own private, soft, sandy beach on the desirable south arm of Lake Charlevoix. You can relax and enjoy waterfront living on
either of the two large Trex decks overlooking the sugar sand beach and clean, crystal clear water. The sandy lake bottom
has a long, gradual slope for safe swimming, perfect for children. Enjoy the extensive 100' private dock with a
bench and swim ladder at the end. A water trampoline is in front of the house in the lake. There are open areas in the
yard for games, and mature trees for relaxing in the shady hammock with your favorite book. There is a basketball hoop,
a grill, and plenty of outdoor furniture on both decks, as well as on the beach. You'll love the tranquil,
breathtaking "million dollar sunsets" while sitting around the firepit on the beach.
The outdoor space is plenty, and the indoor space
is cozy, with a lovely traditional knotty pine interior and stone fireplace, for that truly "up north" feel. The open
floor plan allows the whole family to enjoy the expansive, beautiful Lake Charlevoix view through the large picture
window that extends across the lakeside of the house. Completely redecorated, all new furnishings and new beds fill this
home that has two bedrooms, plus a loft that the kids will love (our 3 kids do!) This home has a king
size bed in one bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and three twin beds in the loft. There is a completely
remodeled ceramic tile bathroom, and brand new hardwood-type Pergo floors. There is a new dishwasher in the kitchen.
Everything is well-maintained, fresh and clean!
